Scholarships
We are proud to offer, through our sponsoring organization Writespace, partial Writefest scholarships to writers in need. To apply, please fill out an application. All scholarship recipients will be notified by April 27th, 2020.
To qualify for a scholarship, candidates must exhibit that they face a real financial need, as well as demonstrate commitment to their writing. As these are limited spots, we request that only applicants who can guarantee their full attendance, if granted a scholarship, apply.
Writespace and Writefest support writers of all backgrounds, identities, and genres. We encourage applications from writers of traditionally underrepresented groups, such as groups differentiated according to gender, gender expression, sexuality, ethnic background, nationality, skin color, physical or neurological traits, social or economic background.

- Two options available: 50% off and 75% off. Amount received will be determined by financial need, dedication to writing, and writing ability, as demonstrated by the application.
- May be applied to any Writefest ticket (Full Event, Weekend, Workshop Only, One Day)
